The situation
The SEO team could only audit a fraction of their site each quarter. Thousands of pages, limited time, and the analysis was manual — someone sitting in a spreadsheet comparing keyword rankings and content quality page by page. Opportunities were missed because nobody had time to look at them.
What we did
We built a model that analyses the full site against live search data, competitor rankings, and content quality signals. It flags gaps, spots pages that are underperforming relative to their potential, and produces a prioritised list the team can work through in order.
What changed
The team went from reviewing a few hundred pages a quarter to having visibility across the entire site, continuously. The first run surfaced over 200 opportunities that manual review had missed. The quarterly audit that used to take the team weeks now runs in the background.
